As a Group Leader at CIC bioGUNE, he has played an active role in advancing innovation at the interface of cell biology and clinical translation.
Prof. Falcon’s research focuses on extracellular vesicle biology, liquid biopsy technologies, biomarker discovery, and translational applications in human disease. His group investigates how extracellular vesicles mediate cellular communication and how they can be harnessed for diagnostics, therapeutic delivery, and personalized medicine.
