Dr. Jeyan Arthur Moses is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Thanjavur, India. He is a leading researcher in food engineering, with expertise spanning advanced food processing, product development, and translational research that bridges academia and industry.
His current research focuses on advanced food manufacturing technologies, including 3D and 4D food printing, food structuring, food nanotechnology, precision food processing, and functional food design. He is also exploring food digestion and bio-accessibility, smart food systems, and sustainable processing technologies to develop next-generation foods with enhanced nutrition, functionality, and consumer acceptance.
In addition to his research, Dr. Moses actively contributes to scientific publishing as an Associate Editor for several international journals and works closely with academia and industry to promote innovation, technology transfer, and the commercialization of emerging food technologies.
