Speaker Announcement | 2nd International Virtual Conference on Staphylococci and Staphylococcal Infections

February 23–24, 2026

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Guido Grandi, Professor of Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology at the Università di Trento (Italy), as an invited speaker at the 2nd International Virtual Conference on Staphylococci and Staphylococcal Infections.

Prof. Grandi will present compelling pre-clinical data and scientific rationale supporting the use of bacterial outer membrane vesicles as a vaccine platform against S. aureus. His talk will highlight immunogenicity, antigen presentation, and protective immune responses, offering important insights into innovative vaccine strategies aimed at preventing staphylococcal infections.

Dr. Grandi’s research focuses on bacterial pathogenesis, vaccine development, and translational microbiology. His work integrates molecular microbiology, immunology, and pre-clinical models to develop novel vaccine platforms and immunotherapeutic approaches, with particular emphasis on combating antibiotic-resistant bacterial pathogens.

We look forward to Prof. Grandi’s contribution to an exciting and impactful scientific program.

This conference is organized by Impact Research Communications (IRC)
